Cairo, Egypt, July 27, 2019- African Volleyball Confederation “CAVB” declare with great sadness that historic Cameroonian talented player Charles Bowen Awoumou and send through its president Dr Amr Elwani sincere condolences to Cameroon and the whole African Volleyball family.

 Charles Bowen was the first African to win the Most valuable Player “MVP” trophy in 1977. After he retired, he set the pace and paved the way to the youner generation of cameroon and African Volleyball.
