Bafia capture a tough win against struggling BDF in grueling 5 setter

 Cairo, Egypt, March 9, 2018- Bafia of Cameroon rebounded back from a set behind 1-2 to overpower the struggling BDF team of Botswana in epic tiebreaker (26-24, 11-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-12) at the 2018 Women's African Club Championship at Ahly Hall in Cairo, Egypt on Friday.


 After a thrilling first set won hardly by Bafia, the Botswana team recovered and won two consecutive sets to lead 2-1. Bafia fought back aggressively to win the crucial 4th set and then they decreased a five point deficit in the tiebreak to achieve the great victory.


 Manuella Ruth led the winners with 16 points, while BDF attacker Cynthia Nafana led the match scorers with impressive 18 points.
