Shams mark second win against struggling FAP

Cairo, Egypt, March 8, 2018- Egypt Shams survived their hopes to gain of snatching a quarterfinal ticket after they cruised past the struggling FAP of Cameroon 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-17) in Day 3 of the 2018 Women's African Club championship at Ahly Hall in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday.

 

Shams improved to 2-1 in win- loss ratio, while FAP dropped to 1-1 in 2 matches.

 

 Shams outside hitter Doaa Elghobashi played an important role in the victory with hr 22 impressive points scored along with the libero Prihan who did well in reception and digging. Theorine Aboa led the loser's scorers with 12 points.
