CAVB Coaches' Instructors Seminar opened in Cairo

 Cairo, Egypt, April 10, 2013- The first ever African Volleyball Confederation "CAVB" Coaches' Instructors Seminar was opened in Sonesta Hotel in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday in presence of the Coaches Commission members presided by Sherif El Shemerly and CAVB Executive Director Howyda Mondy..

 

 The seminar is directed by FIVB instructor Jivko Jetchev form Bulgaria and conducted be El shemerly.

 

 El Shemerly opened the seminar by reviewing the CAVB Coaches Commission meeting on Wednesday and pointed out that the commission succeeded to put the cornerstones of all the key points of coaching process in Africa.

 

 Jetchev started the seminar session by a lecture about Volleyball history and the key dates for the popular sport throughout the FIVB history beside the great success of the FIVB to widen the calendar of events till it has become nowadays.  

 

 The seminar extends for three days with the main items of discussions are Volleyball and the World of Sports and the Olympic movement, Instructors operations Manuel, latest coaches educational materials, practical presentations by the participants and methodological recommendations.
