2014 Women's World championship- Day 4 Pool U
Nairobi, Kenya, February 20, 2014- Hosts Kenya and Tunisia will fight for the first African ticket for the 2014 FIVB Women’s World Championships following their fourth victories in row in the day 4 of African qualification tournament Pool U at Moi International Sports Centre, Nairobi, Kenya on Thursday.
The hosts defeated Seychelles 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-11) to bring their win-loss ratio in the tournament to 4-0.
Tunisia maintained their winning ways after they defeated Uganda in straight sets of 25-14, 25-8, 25-19 in the first match of the day.
The result brought Tunisia’s win-loss record in the six-nation tournament to 4-0 while Uganda dropped to 2-2.
Tunisian players like Barhouumi Marwa, Agreb Ramah Maissa Lengliz had little difficult in hitting a disjointed Ugandan side especially in the second set where they faced no opposition.
Senegal achieved their second victory of the tournament following 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-14) victory against Mozambique in the second match of the day.

Picking up a better pace after lackluster performance in previous matches, the South Africans proved that they are the rising stars on the horizon as they displayed great game especially in reception and attacks.
The results brought Senegal’s win-loss record in the tournament to 2-2 while Mozambique dropped to 0-4.
Now Kenya and Tunisia will fight for the world Championship ticket, when they meet together in the competition fifth and last day. The winner will book a ticket to the 2014 Women's World Championship in Italy.
