Level 1 Coaches Course begins in South Africa

Bloemfontein, South Africa, July 23, 2013 – A FIVB Level I Coaches Course, held in conjunction with Olympic Solidarity, has just started in Bloemfontein, South Africa at the Free State High Performance Centre.


The participants range from a variety of professional backgrounds and on the first day of the course, the trainee coaches dealt with topics such as the history of volleyball, as well as other skills required for coaches.


The course is being led by FIVB Instructor Sancak Nejack and is scheduled to end on August 2. Also present at the opening ceremony were Size Vardhan (Technical Director), Anthony Mokoena (Vice President of the South African Federation), Kurt Radde (Course Director) and Thierry Mabeka (South African Volleyball Federation).
