Somalia, January 8, 2013- Somalia Volleyball Federation continued their recent activities through hosting their sixth national Beach Volleyball Championship December 28 to 30, 2012.
The competition featured the participation of 6 teams fighting for the gold medals which finally was won by Horsed team. Dakadaha club came second to win the silver while Albeder clinched the bronze.
The championship was opened by Vice President Somali Volleyball Federation Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Mumin who praised all players and encouraged them to perform emotional games.
At the end of the competition the Vice President and the Secretary General Mohamed Abubakar asked the players to do their best to represent their country in the coming African championships
