Referee Refresher course concludes a success in Senegal Dakar, Senegal, January 4, 2013- Senegal organized a referee refresher course in the Development Center in Dakar, Senegal, December 13 to 20, 2012 in collaboration with Zone 2. Twenty three participants coming from 4 countries were attracted to the course including a record of 11 female referees. Beside the organizing country Senegal the participating referees came from Mauritania, Sierra Leone and Gambia. The course was instructed by the international referee Amadou Anna Seye from Senegal who was happy with the performance of the referees in both the theoretical and the practical sessions of the course. The closure ceremony was attended by Zone 2 President Mamadou Ndoye, the CNOSS representative, the Ministry of sport representative and the vice president of Senegal Volleyball Federation.
