Kutlwano of Botswana and Autoridade of Mozambique sweep the gold

Lusaka, Zambia, November 25, 2012- Zone 6 Club Championships closed at the Olympic Center in Lusaka, Zambia on Sunday, to a thunderous applause, as Botswana Clubs were crowned Gold and Bronze medalists at both women and men, respectively.

Kutlwano for ladies and Autoridade Tributarino for men. Kutlwano beat NDF of Namibia 3 - 1 in the finals. The results therefore means Kutlwano Ladies have qualified for the African Cup of Clubs to be held in Madagascar in 2013.

Most Valuable Player - Tracy Chaba (Kutlwano)

Best Libero - Merapelo Tshekiso (Kutlwano)

Best Setter - Lekedzani Bayi (Kutlwano)

Best Server - Agisanyang Oscar Kurwane (BDF VI)

Best Attacker - Tracy Chaba (Kutlwano).

 It has been a successful event, in the sense of the performance of the athletes, as well as the excellent cooperation and unison which subsisted throughout our stay
