VCP course succeeds to enlarge beach volleyball activity in Malawi

Lilongwe, Malawi, November 28, 2012 – Malawi organised a successful VCP beach volleyball course to enlarge the sport activity between the school students and increase the sport activity all over the country. The course was held Lilongwe, Malawi over the a week>

 

 

 In Five years after the first beach volleyball course to take place in Malawi, the VCP programme has once again returned to the country – as has Austrian FIVB instructor Johann Huber.

 

 Huber said that both the organisation and the skill level of participants have improved. The VCP attracted a total of 14 students.

 

National federation president Jappie Mhango believes that Malawi must invest more in Beach Volleyball in future, with the objective of becoming a successful participant in the Continental Cup.

 

 The federation is working hard to provide the necessities for a successful course. Huber got the theory and practical sessions rolling on Monday.
