 Subject : 2012 CAVB Extraordinary Congress – Circular Letter No. 1 – Official Invitation

 Dear colleagues,

I have the pleasure to announce that the  CAVB  will host its Extraordinary Congress in Cairo on the 7 & 8th of September 2012 during which the FIVB new constitution amendments will be presented , as well as discussing and sharing the NFs input for the future development of Africa Volleyball and Beach Volleyball in light of the many new amendments and vision.

The Congress will be held according to the following calendar:

6th of September 2012:                                  Arrival of National Federations Delegates 

7th and 8th of September 2012:                      2012 CAVB Extraordinary Congress Meeting

9th of September 2012:                                  D e p a r t u r e

You are kindly requested to make all the necessary arrangements to ensure that your National Federation will be attending this Extraordinary Congress or kindly arrange for a proxy to another National Federation to represent your Federation ( Accreditation letter + Proxy are enclosed).

You are kindly requested to confirm your participation by filling out the attached forms and send it to the CAVB by 18th of July 2012 as a deadline to enable us to take the necessary arrangements.

 We are looking forward to a successful CAVB Extraordinary Congress and the best representation for the well fare of African Volleyball.

Chers collègues,

J’ai le grand plaisir d’annoncer que la   CAVB  tiendra son  Congrès Extraordinaire au Caire du 7 au 8  Septembre 2012 durant lequel l’amendement de la nouvelle  constitution de la  FIVB sera  présenté, ainsi que discuter et partager la contribution des FNs pour le future développement  du Volley-ball Africain et de Beach Volley-ball en fonction de nombreux nouveaux  amendements et  vision.

Le  Congrès se tiendra selon le calendrier suivant:

6 Septembre 2012:                             Arrivée des  Délégués des     Fédérations Nationales

7 et 8 Septembre 2012:                     Réunion  du Congres Extraordinaire de la CAVB 2012

9 Septembre 2012:                             Départ

Vous êtes priés de prendre toutes les dispositions nécessaires pour la participation de votre  Fédération National à ce  Congrès Extraordinaire ou faire une  procuration à une autre Fédération National pour représenter  votre Fédération (lettre Accréditation + Procuration sont  inclus).

Veuillez confirmer votre participation en remplissant les formulaires ci-joints et les renvoyer  à la CAVB pas plus tard que le  18 Juillet 2012  comme date limite pour nous permettre   de prendre toutes les dispositions  nécessaires.

Nous souhaitons un Congrès Extraordinaire de la  CAVB réussi et une bonne  représentation pour  le développement  du Volleyball Africain.
