Zone 7 Club Championship begins with 22 participating clubs

Antananarivo, Madagascar, February 4, 2019- The 25th CAVB-Zone 7 Club Championship started on Sunday at Palais Des Sports Gymnasium in Antananarivo, Madagascar in presence of 22 participating clubs from both genders (12 Men & 10 Women).


Prior to the start of the competition a refresher course was conducted on Saturday February 2, 2019 by the FIVB International Referee Mr. Andrew Derrick from Seychelles who will act as Referee delegate for this championship. The Course was very interactive and discussion on the last FIVB Referee guidelines and Rules of the Games in presence of 24 Referees who will be officiating.


The official opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Youth & Sports the Honorable Mr Tinoka Roberto who thereafter attended the following matches.
