African teams ready to start the CAVB Men\'s Continental cup finals

Mauritius, April 13, 2012- Everything becomes ready to start the CAVB Men's Continental Cup finals to be hosted at the beaches of Flic en Flac in Mauritius on Friday.

 Third seeded Angola meets eighth Egypt, while 4^th Mauritius combats 5^th Congo Brazzaville in the quarterfinal matches on Friday.  

 With only six countries participating in the finals, both South Africa and Nigeria receive a BYE on their first day of the competition.

 The Technical Meeting was held on Thursday in presence of the six participating countries. The meeting was attended by the Mauritius Volleyball Federation President Kaysee Teeroovengadum, the CAVB Beach Director Mrs May Alaa and the Competition referee Delegate Mr. Drago Peslac.

 A lot of media attended the technical meeting including MBC Radio and TV , as well BBC news Radio and the local media.

The opening ceremony will be attended by Mauritius Sports Authorities.
