Rumonge, Burundi, March 23, 2012 – The Burundi Volleyball Federation (BVF) held a special beach volleyball training course for teachers in Rumonge from March 5 to 9 with 21 people taking part, with a second one scheduled to begin on Sunday.
Charles Niyongabo, who attended a FIVB course in Cairo in 2007, ran the course which was brought to a close by BVF president Louis Rwakiranya.
The second course will be held over five days on the shores of Nyanza Lake, 150km from Burundi’s capital of Bujumbura.
