Egypt and Algeria in Pool B along with the host Turkey and Poland

 Ankara, Turkey, June 2, 2011 – The drawing of lots for the FIVB Girls’ Youth World Championship put the two Egyptian representatives Egypt and Algeria in the same Pool A along with the hosts Turkey and Poland

 The drawing took place at Volley Hotel Ankara as Turkey prepares to host the tournament for the first time from August 12 to 21.

 Defending champions Brazil will line up alongside Mexico, Argentina and Slovakia in Pool B as they look to add a fourth title to their glowing resumé. Meanwhile hosts Turkey face Egypt, Algeria and Poland in Pool A, Serbia, runners up last time, take on USA, China and Puerto Rico in Pool C while 2009 hosts Thailand battle Japan, Germany and Italy in Pool D.

 Mr Hartmut Giebels from Germany conducted the drawing of lots and was joined by Turkey Volleyball Federation President Mr Erol Ünal Karabiyik and the TVF BOA Members.
