Dear Mr. President,
Due to the withdrawal of Kenya from hosting the 23rd African
Club Champion Championship Women, CAVB has granted to Egypt the
organization of the 23rd African Cup of Clubs Champions
Championship – Women to be held in Egypt from 25th of April to
5th of May 2008
This competition will be organized according to the following
calendar:
Arrival of team & officials 25th April 2008
Technical meeting 26th April 2008
Competition days 27th April – 4th May 2008
Departure 5th May 2008
So, please register your club representative by sending to the
CAVB the registration Form before the deadline which is 7th
April 2008.
To confirm your registration (final confirmation), please
provide the CAVB and the organizer with the following documents
before the deadline which is 17th April 2008.

Here attached, copy of the requested forms. The official
invitation for visa purposes will be sent to you by the
organizer.

En raison du retrait du Kenya, de l'accueil de la 23eme Coupe
d’Afrique des Clubs Champions – Dames, la CAVB a confié à
l'Egypte l’organisation de la 23eme Coupe d’Afrique des Clubs
Champions – Dames. Cette compétition aura lieu du 25 Avril au 5
Mai 2008 en Egypte selon le calendrier suivant :
Arrivée des équipes et des officiels : Le 25 Avril 2008
Réunion technique : Le 26 Avril 2008
Compétitions : Du 27Avril au 4 Mai 2008
Départ des équipes et des Officiels : Le 5 Mai 2008
Nous vous prions d’enregistrer vos clubs représentants en
faisant parvenir à la CAVB le formulaire d’enregistrement avant
le 7 Avril 2008.
Pour confirmer votre inscription (Confirmation définitive) ,
prière envoyer à la CAVB ainsi qu’à l’organisateur les documents
suivants avant le 17 Avril 2008 :
