beat Senegal in a thriller opening PREVIEW
Abuja, Nigeria, October 15-: The organizers, Nigeria
started they matches in the tenth Women U-20 African Nations
Championship successfully as they clinched a thriller 3-1
(25-19, 18-25, 25-21, 25-20) victory over the emerging Senegal
team in the first day of the competition in Abuja, Nigeria.
The match lasted 92 minutes of exciting volleyball especially
from the Nigerian team, which depended on some of the young
players who won the gold medal of the Women’s volleyball
competition in All Africa Games in the same Hall October 2003.
