To: All National Federations Subject: 9th African Nations championship – Youth Girls From 18th to 26th of September 2008 - Tunisia Dear Mr. President, We have the pleasure to inform you that the CAVB has entrusted Tunisia Volleyball Federation to organize the 9th African Nations Championship- Youth Girls during the period of 18th to 26th of September 2008 - Tunisia The players born on 1st January 1992 and after are eligible to participate in this competition and the 2009 FIVB Youth Girls Under 18 World Championship, if qualified . According to the FIVB decision concerning the registration or participation in the FIVB World Competitions; the national teams are not allowed to register or participate in the FIVB Competitions unless they participate in the African Competitions in the same category. This competition will be organized according to the following calendar: Arrival date 18th Sept. 2008 Technical meeting 19th Sept. 2008 Competition days 20th till 25th Sept.2008 Departure 26th Sept. 2008 So , please register your team by sending to the CAVB the Registration Form before the 18th August 2008. In the meantime, to confirm your Final Participation , please provide the CAVB and the organizer with the following documents before 1st September 2008: · Entry Form · O-2 Form · Flight details Here attached, copies of the requested forms together with extract of the CAVB Competition Regulations.
