The Algeria international Player, Ali Kerboua to Olympic
Marseille
Algeria, August 31, 2007-: The Algerian International volleyball
player Ali Kerboua will sign a professional contract with the
French club of Olympic Marseille for the 2007-2008 season after
his great performance in the last continental competitions
whether at the club level with his original club Mouloudia of
Alger or with the Algerian National team.
The contract was delayed for more than 6 months as a request
from Mouloudia club which needed the efforts of his talent
player in the 2007 Men’s African clubs Champions Championship in
Niamey, Niger early this year. Kerboua was one of the team stars
when the Algerian club won the title last April.
The president of the French club Mr. Bruno Michelangeli arrived
in Algeria last week to finalize the contract which will add a
new Algerian European based player with the already present
Mehdi Hachemi and Hichem Guemmadi.
It is well known that Kerboua is considered one of the main
players in the Algerian team preparing for both the 2007 African
Nations Championship and the 2008 African Olympic
Qualifications.

l’internationale Algérien : ALI KERBOUA (MC Alger) 24 ans 1,96
m.
A vrai dire les contacts entre le capitaine d’équipe de la
sélection Algérienne : ALI KERBOUA et le club phocéen remonte au
début de l’année 2006 mais son club employeur le MC Alger
(champion d algerie 2006 et 2007) a mis les vœux de la garder
pour une saison afin de participer au 26émes championnat
d’Afrique des clubs qui ses déroulé en Avril 2007 à NIAMEY
(Niger) dans le quel le mouloudia d’Alger a été sacré champion
d’Afrique 2007.
Pour cette saison sportive 2007/2008 il semblerait que les
dirigeants du MC Alger sont d’accord pour le céder au club de
Marseille mais Ali doit un peut patienter pour avoir l’aval
(négociations) de la fédération Algérienne de volley ball (ce
fera incessamment) afin d’embrasser une carrière professionnelle
a laquelle il aspire cet excellent athlète former à l’USMBlida
