Press Conference in Niger for the Minister of Sports following the successful Referee course

 

Niamey, Niger, March 16-: Following the successful Referee and coaches courses in Niger in the framework of their preparation to host the prestigious 2007 Men’s African Clubs Champions Championship in Niamey, Niger, 19-28 April, the Niger Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Abdoul- Rahamane Seydou held a press conference with the Niger Volleyball Federation (FENIVOLLEY) President, Amada Sidiyane to declare the last preparations to host the competition and give the participants of the courses their certificates.
The minister expressed his satisfaction with both the courses results and the preparations done to host the big event
and declared his full support to make the African Championship one of the best in history.
The course was instructed by the FIVB Instructor Jean Claude Baccus and directed by the French expert Olivier Lardier who was sent by the French volleyball federation in the programme of their support to Africa. Both expressed their satisfaction with the results of the course and the standard of the 27 participants.
“We are happy with the full support of all the authorities of the country before the big competition we will host in April specially the Minister of Youth and sports Mr. Abdoul- Rahamane Seydou who did a lot to bring this competition to full success,” Said FENIVOLLEY President, Amada Sidiyane. He added that everything will be in order before the competition in both technical and organization aspects.
